APPLE BRANDY

Marconi Wireless

• 2oz Apple Brandy

• 1oz Sweet Vermouth

• 2 dashes Orange Bitters

 

Stirred, serve up with a lemon peel.

Jack Rose

• 2oz Apple Brandy

• .75oz Lemon Juice

• .75oz Grenadine

• 1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters

 

Shaken, serve up with a lemon peel.

PEACH EAU DE VIE

Peach Scofflaw

  • 1.5oz Peach Brandy

  • 1oz Dry Vermouth

  • .75 Lemon Juice

  • .5oz Grenadine

  • 1 dash Peach Bitters

 

Shaken, served over ice with a lemon wedge.

Peach Sour

  • 2oz Peach Brandy

  • .75oz Lemon Juice

  • .75oz Simple Syrup

  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

  • Egg White (Optional)

 

Shaken, serve up without garnish.

Peppery Pear Sour

  • 2oz Pear Brandy

  • .75oz Lime Juice

  • .75oz Paradise Blend

  • 1 dash Japanese Chili & Lime Bitters

 

Shaken, serve up without garnish.

PEAR EAU DE VIE

Pear Fitty-Fitty

  • 1.5oz Pear Brandy

  • 1.5oz Blanc Vermouth (or Dry Vermouth)

  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters

 

Stirred, serve up with a lemon peel.

Cherry Sidecar

  • 2oz Cherry Brandy

  • 1oz Cointreau

  • .75oz Lemon Juice

 

Shaken, serve up with a lemon peel.

CHERRY EAU DE VIE

Cherry Aviation

  • 2oz Cherry Brandy

  • .75oz Lemon Juice

  • .25oz Maraschino

  • 1bsp Crème de Violette

 

Stirred, serve up with lemon peel.

MALT WHISKEY

Malt Whiskey Ginger Highball

  • 2oz Malt Whiskey

  • 1oz Ginger Syrup

  • .5oz Lemon Juice

  • 2 dashes Ginger Bitters

  • Top w/ Soda

Shaken, serve in a highball glass with a lemon wedge.

Old Fashioned

  • 2oz Malt Whiskey

  • .5oz Simple Syrup

  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

 

Stirred, over ice, with orange peel.

SLIVOVITZ/PLUM BRANDY

Plum Martinez

  • 2oz Slivovitz

  • .75oz Sweet Vermouth

  • .25oz Maraschino

  • 1 dash Plum/Rhubarb Bitters

 

Stirred, served up with an orange peel.

Gingered Slivold Fashioned

  • 2oz Slivovitz

  • .5oz Ginger Syrup

  • 2 dashes Lime Bitters

 

Stirred, over ice, with lemon peel.

APRICOT EAU DE VIE

Gin Blossom

  • 1.5oz Gin

  • 1.5oz Blanco Vermouth

  • .75oz Apricot eau de vie

  • Orange bitters

 

Stirred, garnish with an orange peel.

Apricot Periodista

  • 2oz Apricot Brandy

  • .5oz Lime Juice

  • .25oz Cointreau

  • .25oz Simple Syrup

 

Shaken, served up with lemon peel..
