Marconi Wireless
• 2oz Apple Brandy
• 1oz Sweet Vermouth
• 2 dashes Orange Bitters
Stirred, serve up with a lemon peel.
Jack Rose
• 2oz Apple Brandy
• .75oz Lemon Juice
• .75oz Grenadine
• 1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters
Shaken, serve up with a lemon peel.
PEACH EAU DE VIE
Peach Scofflaw

1oz Dry Vermouth

.75 Lemon Juice

.5oz Grenadine

1 dash Peach Bitters
Shaken, served over ice with a lemon wedge.
Peach Sour
