Apple Brandy
Made from a blend of Massachusetts apples aged in used whiskey barrels for 2 years or more.
Apricot Eau de Vie
Very aromatic, this clear eau de vie is made from New York State Apricots.
Cherry Eau de Vie
We use tart cherries from New York orchards, which we ferment with the pulp. Distilling the entire mash, skins and all, makes for a strong aroma of cherries.
Grape Brandy
We use different varietals each year to achieve this classic brandy.
Aged Peach Brandy
Peach eau de vie aged in whiskey barrels for 2 years to develop a complex fruit aroma.
Slivovitz
Enjoyed throughout Eastern Europe, Slivovitz is an un-aged plum brandy with a unique aroma with a bit of a bite. Made from damson plums.
Peach Eau de Vie
A clear spirit made from local peaches.
Pear Eau de Vie
Made from local Bartlett pears, in Europe this would be known as Poire William.
Malt Whiskey
Made from 100% barley malt, aged for 3 years in new American Oak barrels.
Nocino
A liqueur made from green unripe walnuts, slightly sweetened.

Grappa is a fragrant, grape-based pomace brandy of Italian origin.

A clear spirit make from Vermont Quince. Quince has become rare and hard to find, these are limited edition spirits.
